Under the supervision of the Controller, the successful candidate will support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed.

YOUR BIG RESPONSABILITIES

• Committed to a top performance in a safe work environment.

• Performs other duties as assigned to be deemed in the best interest of the organization

• • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments

  • Assist with payroll and month-end closing activities

  • Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation

  • Respond to vendor and customer inquiries in a professional manner

  • Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

• • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field

  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is an asset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
