Global Mission of the position

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate will work Thursday to Sunday to oversee facility operations and maintenance activities.

BIG RESPONSABILITIES

• • Supervise maintenance staff and on-site personnel during weekend shifts

  • Supervise and coordinate weekend clean up team

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance

  • Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operations

  • Ensure smooth coordination between weekday and weekend teams

  • Other jobs and duties pertaining to supervisor related tasks

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

• • High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school training preferred

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role

  • Proven experience in maintenance facilities or similar role

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset

  • Basic mechanical or millwright knowledge

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
