Under the supervision of the Supervisor, the successful candidate will participate on the plant production.

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

• High School diploma (grade 12) or equivalent

• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an asset

• Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business
