Global Mission of the position
We are seeking a reliable Maintenance & Weekend Supervisor to oversee facility operations and maintenance activities, with a primary focus on weekend supervision. With a working schedule of Thursday to Sunday, this role combines technical maintenance responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring that equipment, systems, and facilities operate safely and efficiently at all times.

BIG RESPONSABILITIES
• Supervise maintenance staff and on-site personnel during weekend shifts
• Supervise and coordinate weekend clean up team
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance
• Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between weekday and weekend teams
• Other jobs and duties pertaining to supervisor related tasks

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school training preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Proven experience in maintenance facilities or similar role
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
• Basic mechanical or millwright knowledge
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
