Under the supervision of the General Manager, the successful candidate will work with operational employees by optimizing costs, quality and operation stability.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS & ASSETS TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE GENERIC SKILLS

• Trade/Degree, preferable in technical, mechanical, or forestry related discipline

• Experience: 4-7 years of supervisory experience in production environment

• Proven experience in Sawmill setting

• Flexibility to meet changing needs within the business.
